I’ve been trying for several days to log into the PTR to do the last bits of research in preparation for my “New Argent Tournament Stuff in 3.2″ guide, and I’ve been unable. Looks like it’s a known issue; whether that means it’ll be a fixed issue any time soon is another matter.
