Even though it has resilience, it's still one of the better items available for people who like to get something crafted before they get into a lot of heroics. Nowhere near Titanium Spellshock Necklace, of course, but also much much much cheaper. Full disclosure: I recently switched from mining to JC, so I would be happy if people are looking for this item. :-) But I originally trained it for me, not to sell.
