		<description>I agree with BigFire - as I&#039;ve only been running for the enchant, the majority of runs I&#039;ve dune have been in normal mode.

That said, I&#039;ve seen otherwise solid groups still wipe out on normal mode. I find the best setup, being a holy paladin, is to bring along a second healer and then your choice of ranged DPS. I happen to prefer a resto shaman, a warlock, and then whoever else is available. I tank the hailstone until he&#039;s down, then switch over to healing to help with the splash damage.

Good luck getting your tabard.</description>

In Heroic, he drops the 25 badge equivalent neck.  In Normal, he drops the badge cloak.  Staff, enchant and the pet drops off both settings.

The big difference between heroic and non-heroic is the difficulty.</description>
