It’s okay, but I didn’t bother mentioning it as shockadins really aren’t going to need spell hit (the Equip bonus) and the Use bonus isn’t so much better than other clicky trinkets (eg Xi’ri’s Gift, Vengeance of the Illidari, Ancient Draenei Arcane Relic, Glowing Crystal Insignia) as to make it worth losing their Use bonuses in favour of the Bloodgem’s.

Scryers Bloodgem is a nice caster trinket when you hit Revered with that faction.

The petrified Lichen Guard from Sporegarr is a very nice Aoe tanking sheild for its level.
